• Rates are subject to change at any time and may not be reflected on this web site, or on printed material.
• Rates for holidays and special events may differ from those listed.
• Holidays and special events include but are not limited to the following list and may include the previous and/or following week:
  New Years Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
• Once a deposit is received for a reservation, the rate for that stay is locked and cannot change

Taxes and Fees

All rates are subject to a 7% Florida Sales Tax and 4% Sarasota bed tax

Additional Fees

Additional person	$9.00	per person per night
Rollaway bed	$9.00	per night
Crib	$7.00	per night
Kitchen cleaning fee	$75.00	(applied only if kitchen is left in unreasonable disarray)
Unreasonable mess cleaning fee	$75.00
Damage to room	cost of damage plus any lost business due to damage
Late check out	$40	per hour

 

Deposits

• We may require a deposit to secure a room for a reservation. Deposits are 30% or one night's stay, whichever is higher.
• Unlike other hotels, we do not overbook our rooms. We require a deposit to hold the room in your name.
  

 

Cancellation policy

30 days prior to reservation	Deposits are fully refundable minus a $25.00 transaction fee
between 30 and 7 days prior to reservation	Deposits are fully refundable minus a $25.00 transaction fee if we are able to completely fill the room for the dates of your stay.
within 7 days prior to reservation	Deposits are non-refundable

Check In / Check Out<

Check in time is at 3:00 PM
Check out time is at 11:00 AM
Late Check In. Advance notice is required if you need a late check in.
Late Check out. Please ask the staff. Late check out may be available for an additional fee and may not be available.

Making Reservations

Reservations are not secure until we receive a deposit.
We cannot and will not guarantee a specific room for your stay.
All quotes are subject to change.

 

Payment Options

Cash - Photo ID required
Check - Personal checks accepted. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks. Reservations will not be secured until a personal check clears.
Credit Card - We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

 

Minimum Stay

Minimum stay of 2 nights.
On Holiday weekends and special events, we may require a minimum stay of longer than two nights.
Minimum stay requirements may be waived at the discretion of Beau Lido Suites management depending on season and availability.
